The Letter Series

It's always fascinating when you are asked to pass the time at work...for three days straight. Your mind starts opening up in a, dare I say, censored manner. I say that because I am at work and freedom is limited by a level of professionalism that need to be maintained. but while passing the time, I came across a lot of Typography inspiration, and I found myself sketching letters and creating new shapes. and I figured I may do a little series of my own letters. So here are the first two, the letters "A"and "B", enjoy!

Slinky - Emotcnz Crew

Hello again friends! I have come to you again with a new installment of a poster series for my new dance crew EMOTCNZ. This particular poster depicts our resident b-boy (breakdancer in non- "hip hop" lingo) Slinky. He is an extremely talented dancer and it is a treat for anyone to see him move. This is one of at least five posters to come and a 6th one to cap off the series. Stay tune for the new stuff.  Enjoy!

EMOTCNZ CREW

Hey hey hey! What is up my little homies, I have been absent for a fair amount of time, but I am coming to you now with some of my new ventures and projects. In the past few months many things have happen. One unfortunate event was my leaving my occupation at Infinite Scale, I was sad to leave but it only means bigger and better things to come. So in the spirit of that I decided to pursue more of my dance career, and I put together a crew with a few of my good friends: Murphy (aka THe KiDD) and Bryan (aka B-boy Slinky), and we have named ourselves EMOTCNZ (pronounced "emoticons"), and this is a first look at the graphic side that I have created for us. There are new and big things coming for us, so please stay tuned< I want all of you to be there with us. Enjoy

Something just for fun...

So back in November, I decided to have a little fun with a little print project of mine. I took a look at some  inspiring concert posters and other gig design paraphernalia and took on a little Kanye West poster. There was no way for it to be used as an actual poster design for the tour but I was nice to try out. So here I have the poster for your viewing pleasure, and perhaps Mr. West will take a liking to it as well. Have a look and enjoy!

It is Final...

The time has come! for the last few months, as you may have seen in previous entries, I have been working on a new personal brand (or re-brand for short) that will span such things as business cards to poster, and a brand new website. The first step was a new logo, the hardest and most challenging of any project or rebrand (in my personal opinion). I spent plenty of time understand philosophies in logo interpretation, what logos represent, and how i could bring that all together into one, new, improved and simplistic icon.  Eureka! I have finally succeeded in creating a logo that i believe solidifies myself in every aspect of my personality and professionalism. I the final Icon and logotype here for your viewing pleasure.
